Albany is located north of Calrton and Oxford and is a really new north side neighbourhood in Edmonton located south of Anthony Henday Drive, west of 127th Street and east of 142nd Street. Medium density residential real estate will be developed along 167 Avenue as well as a large commercial plot in the south east corner of the neighbourhood. There will be a natural area in the centre of the Albany community with a large stormwater management facility in the north east corner. Everything else will be houses. Albany only has about two streets, so it will be a very small neighbourhood. There are no schools located in Albany, nor are there any planned.
