Argyll is a small south side neighbourhood that is pretty much surrounded by the southern tip of the Mill Creek Ravine. It’s a small neighbourhood bordering on industrial area to the south, so I think it gets overlooked by some buyers. It’s a really cool spot, though. The vast majority of homes in Argyll were built in the 1950s – the post-war period. 95% of Argyll homes are detached houses with a few duplex exceptions.
