Bulyea Heights Small MapBulyea Heights is a east Riverbend community located between Terwillegar Drive and the river valley. The neighbourhood is made up of crescents and cul-de-sacs which is a layout that is still used today. Most of Bulyea Heights houses were built in the late 1980s and 1990s which means a lot of forest green and pink with brass accents! Actually it’s a pretty cool place and the houses are very large – mostly over 2000 square feet. People tend to move to Bulyea and stay for quite some time, and that makes homes quite desirable. The only school in Bulyea is George H Luck Elementary School but if you’re going to have only one school within walking distance, an elementary school is the best option.
