Here is a list of condo buildings in the Downtown neighbourhood area of Edmonton. It should come in handy if you are looking for the address of a condo building in the neighbourhood. As a real estate agent, I sometimes need a quick reference to a condo building’s location and have used this list to locate an address. Most of these condo buildings are quite large, so they should be mapped online, but the reference could be handy nonetheless.
There are 43 condo buildings in Downtown according to the Realtors Association of Edmonton. It is likely that this number will keep growing in the future, although not as fast as in other areas. This is because buildings downtown tend to be very large highrise style condos, and therefore there are fewer buildings needed Downtown to take up the buyer demand. Also, it should be noted that a lot of downtown is office towers, which take up most of the real estate in the area.
