meadowlark park small mapMeadowlark Park is a west-end neighbourhood that was once a part of the town of Jasper Park. The neighbourhood is low density with fairly large lots and wide streets. Meadowlark real estate is quite desirable and most homes are in good shape with owners keeping the houses in good repair. Most of the early construction in Meadowlark was in the post-war era, and there has been some infill work since 2000. About three-quarters of the homes in Meadowlark are detached houses and about a quarter are lowrise apartments. The vast majority of Meadowlark homes are owner occupied. The only school in Meadowlark is Meadowlark School which offers a bilingual program in Mandarin.
