Ramsay Heights is a south-side neighbourhood located between Brander Gardens and Rhatigan Ridge. The norther boundary of the neighbourhood is 51st Avenue with a little jog around 53rd Avenue and the neighbourhood runs west to east from the river valley to Terwillegar Drive. The southern boundary of the neigbourhood is 40th Avenue and Ramsay Crescent.
Ramsay Heights is located in Edmonton Real Estate Zone 14, along with Bulyea Heights, Carter Crest, Falconer Heights, Haddow, Henderson Estates, Hodgson, Leger, Magrath Heights Area, Ogilvie Ridge, Rhatigan Ridge, Terwillegar Towne, Terwillegar South, Brander Gardens and Brookside

Access to Ramsay Heights is not that great – it just has 3 entrances. This cuts down on traffic through the area, but there is only one entrance for every 445 homes.
Parking in Ramsay should be quite decent in most areas. Front drive garages – which are typical after the 1960s do decrease the parkable area on the street, but there are no problems in most of the neighbourhood.
