April was another decent month for Edmonton real estate. Houses have continued to have a decent run in Edmonton albeit a modest one, and condos are catching up to where they were late last year, but are still down off the high of August, 2014.

The average selling price of a house in Edmonton in April, 2015 was $450,800. That means that prices are up from March, 2015 by about $2000. And prices have gone up since last April (2014) by about $14,200.

The average selling price of a condo in Edmonton in April, 2015 was $253,400. Since last month, prices are up $4600 for condos but are up only $2500 since last year, however.
