For May of 2015, prices in general edged up a little more for houses and condos. Not a whole lot, but a bit.
Average house selling prices in Edmonton in May, 2015 were $451,300. That means that prices are up from a month ago by only $500. Not very significant. Prices have gone up since last May by only about $2650. Again, not a huge increase since this time last year.
The average selling price of a condo in Edmonton in April, 2015 was $253,400. Since last month, prices are up $4600 for condos but are up only $2500 since last year, however.

And here is a chart for Edmonton condo prices over the last 13 months ending in May of 2015. Here you can see condo prices trying to get back to where they were in late 2014. Condo prices in Edmonton haven’t been as stable as house prices have been.
